How It Works
Mai Fit use dispatchers that can deliver your order nationwide.

Orders made within Abuja and its environs can take 1-2 days (Monday - Saturdays). Delivery cost is N1,000.
Orders made outside Abuja can take 4-5 days (Monday - Saturday). Delivery cost is N3,000 (subject to vary dependent on destination).

Once we dispatch, you will be given a Waybill number to track your order.
We strive to make sure your order gets to you seamlessly.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we can coordinate the dispatcher to collect your order for easy returns.

Exchanges must be done WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Exchanges can also only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item.

* Please also note that in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNWORN/UNUSED and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return*
